I read this for the first time the other day and have passed this on to good friends of mine. My family has been divided by my mother in law who has had her foot planted within the door to my home for 19 years. She has been interfering in our lives for years, the fruits she has are just like what you described. It’s funny how people that are Christians and know they are doing wrong can put themselves anove God and ruin others lives for self gain and act like their above anyone else because they go to church every Sunday. This wolf I am dealing with is wicked as described in proverbs! No sin is any bigger than another but when you proclaim your faith and hurt others like this woman is doing, all I can do is pray. Thank you for posting this, don’t have fear about posting this but know this gave me strength and faith that God sees all! And it has opened the eyes of friends that have had Christians that are family hurt them too. You would be surprised at how many people don’t attend church because of wolves!

Don’t worry about it. We all assume that what we’ve heard from others or watched in Christian movies is true. The most common misconception is that Adan and Eve ate an apple! but the Bible doesn’t tell us what kind of fruit it was.

This has been and alway will be my favorite Michael Jackson song. I can barely breathe when I listen to it. It makes me cry. I am a Michael Jackson Junkie and have been since way back when (Yes I’m OLD), however fan or no fan. This song has great meaning and could not have been written by someone who didn’t feel what he was singing. Thanks for sharing with the world.

For the longest time I would talk as I sewed, “Now we’ll do this…now we’ll do that.” I finally asked my pastor’s wife who this “we” was. Like you, I had a very damaged child who lived inside me. Bit by bit the Lord healed her – allowing me to mature in ways I never thought imaginable. One day He invited her to come stay with Him, and she went. I miss her, but know that she has no more pain!

If you can’t contact him through email, perhaps you can get information about his whereabouts from the church that fired him. This man sounds like a great leader who listens to his flock and is a true servant. Some churches don’t see the value in that (surprisingly). A few overbearing domineering elders (re: board members) can spoil everything. My guess is that he will pop up again soon. Ask God to help you find out what he’s up to and the information you need will become available. I believe that trusting God is a choice (though not often an easy one.)

Hi Robin, I thought I would start with God’s authority, He created us and has every right to call the shots and we are to obey Him 100% like we are to obey our earthly Parents when what they ask of us is not evil, the only difference is that God can do no evil so we have no objections, we are to obey Him in all things. What is so wonderful is that everything God asks us to do is for our good, He is Love and His whole focus is to protect, encourage and uplift us, He knows what we need and what we don’t and provides, we ask and receive what is good. He even knows every hair on our head and His Loving thoughts towards us out number the grains of sand. God does not force us to obey Him, He wants our willing submission which will come from our Love for Him as we choose His will not our own, He empowers us to Love, Trust and obey, we ask and receive all that is good.

We cannot understand the Scriptures without God’s empowering and wisdom, they are inspired by Him and only The Holy Spirit can open our eyes to understand His Truth in them, that is why there is so much confusion today, people interpret the Scriptures by their own understanding and agenda. Translations have error but God keeps His Truth pure and will show us man’s error as we seek Jesus our only Teacher who is The Living Word, to lead us into all Truth.

I can share as I feel lead Robin or you can ask questions and I can seek to answer them, it’s your choice but I would just like to share that in Scripture there is a big difference between worldly pride and Godly Pride this is the same as His Love, Peace Joy, Hope, Rest, Perfection, Riches, Wisdom, Knowledge, Protection and also His Healing which is not always Physical but is often deep within.

I will share the Differences in reference to Worldly pride and Godly Pride and then you can decide how we will continue.

We are to have Godly Pride not worldly pride , to have Godly Love for oneself is to take Pride in our position in Christ Jesus.

The two types of Pride, Godly Pride and worldly or fleshy pride.

What Worldly pride is…

Mark 7:22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:

1 John 2:15- 17 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the Pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

What Godly Pride is …

Galatians 6: 4 Each one should understand their own actions. Then they can take Pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to others.

2 Corinthians 8:24 show these men the proof of your Love and the reason for our Pride in you, so that the Churches can see it.

2 Corinthians 5:11-12 Because we know what it is to fear the Lord, we try to persuade others. It is plain to God what we are, and I hope it is also plain to your conscience. We are giving you an opportunity to take Pride in us not trying to commend ourselves again to you , so that you have an answer for those who take Pride in what is seen rather than in what is in the heart.

Romans 11:13b I take Pride in my Ministry.

As a Christian I also take Godly Pride in my Ministry to those who are in darkness, and rejoice with those who are not.
